GROUPS - Several groups are "invitation only". You can make a request to join. Others are open to anyone and you may also create your own group.

PARTICIPATION - Gang Cops Online is a member participation web site. We rely heavily on the members to share gang related information with the rest of us. The more active participation we have, the more we all can benefit. Part of that participation is for our members to post photos or videos to the appropriate categories.
